Since 1994, we have surveyed and analyzed master-planned communities (MPCs) throughout the country. The findings are distributed nationally to all major, regional, and local media outlets. Each year, the study grows in prestige and attracts more media attention. Many of our respondents, both clients and nonclients, utilize the rankings in their sales materials. Responses to the survey remain confidential.

If you represent an MPC actively selling in 2011 (with a minimum of 200 closings), please register with us so that we may send you an invitation to complete the 2011 survey, which will be available in November 2011.

Each participating community will receive instructions on accessing the password-protected Web site.
