RCLCO (Robert Charles Lesser & Co., LLC) is researching the market performance of green residential projects. By conducting case studies of green residential projects such as yours, RCLCO aims to quantify their market performance vis-A -vis conventional homes, including "green" effects on sales/prices, paces/lease-ups, buyer/renter profiles, and other items. In addition, RCLCO will compile information regarding effective strategies for selling green homes to the residential consumer. In the case of for-sale projects that have sold out, we will examine performance in the resale market to quantify the longer-term impact that green can have on home values.
