Senior Project Manager

RCLCO, a national leader in providing strategic economic guidance to the real estate industry, seeks qualified Senior Project Managers in our Washington, DC, Los Angeles, Orlando, and Austin offices. We are looking for smart, ambitious, and experienced professionals with demonstrated analytical and management skills, and leadership and business development potential. The ideal candidates are looking to employ innovative analyses to add significant value to our practice areas, to participate in team building within an established consulting firm, and to grow into a future firm and industry leader.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and direct consulting engagements across RCLCO’s offices from kick-off through presentation of final conclusions and results;
  • Manage and mentor junior team members;
  • Draft reports, proposals, and conduct other writing efforts;
  • Manage existing and potential client relationships; 
  • Prepare and present client deliverables;
  • Provide conceptual and analytical support to develop and manage intellectual property, knowledge banks, and methodological/analytical innovation for our practice groups;
  • Participate in and support business development; 
  • Play an active role in appropriate industry organizations and prepare industry publications and presentations;
  • Contribute to team member recruiting, training, mentoring, and development.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in real estate or economic consulting; 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in real estate, planning, business, economics, finance, or related fields;
  • Experience managing projects, meeting deadlines and budgets, and coordinating the efforts of other team members;
  • Demonstrated success in client or customer relationship management and in team supervision and management;
  • Advanced quantitative analysis and modeling skills, including financial analyses; 
  • Strict attention to detail and accuracy, with the highest level of concern for quality and integrity of work; 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong presentation skills;
  • Demonstrated leadership potential, excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive to succeed in his/her chosen profession; 
  • Professional in demeanor and appearance, a self-starter, a good time manager and “team player.”

Compensation is competitive and will be determined based on qualifications.
