Define a Future Direction

Strategic Planning

RCLCO's strategic planning, process improvement, and business implementation tools help real estate companies make better investment, resource allocation, and capital decisions. We help our clients plan for market cycles and institute enterprise risk management measures to guide preemptive decisions that lead to greater profitability in the upswings, and mitigation of losses in the downturns. We ensure they have sound organizational constructs, capital strategies, governance structures, and talent bases. Clients come to RCLCO’s Strategic Planning Advisory Group because they rely on our help to define a future direction for their firm, portfolios, and/or projects, and guide them through the execution of their plan. Charles Hewlett, RCLCO Managing Director, and Gadi Kaufmann, RCLCO Managing Director/CEO wrote ULI’s published Strategy for Real Estate Companies.

Litigation Support

Our team of real estate experts provide a competitive advantage to clients involved with real estate related disputes. Our knowledge of markets, analytical rigor, integrity, and discipline are unmatched. In expert testimony situations, we communicate complex real estate issues, focusing on how the client, the jury, and the judge will understand the issues and the analysis. In addition to supporting the client team with our valuation expertise, we serve as strategic advisors on broader real estate issues, and provide expert testimony in the majority of the cases. We are often called upon to assist counsel in identifying and analyzing critical documents, evaluating the expert reports submitted by other experts, preparing rebuttal reports, and suggesting questions relating to real estate issues for depositions and cross examination of other witnesses.

What our Clients are Saying

Quotation MarkRCLCO inspired us to look beyond the many operational issues facing our company and to identify the essential strategic questions that we needed to answer.  They then skillfully facilitated the planning effort, involving all the relevant stake holders, and helped us develop an actionable strategic plan that has the buy-in of our team and the support of our board. Watson Land Company has been faithfully following the strategy for the past three years, and it has taken us exactly where we hoped it would.Quotation Mark
