Tour Locations

Mueller is an award-winning master-planned and designed community. The 700-acre site, vacated when Austin's airport relocated in 1999, is located less than four miles from Downtown Austin and is being developed by Catellus under an innovative Master Development Agreement with the City of Austin. Developed in accordance with new urbanist principles, Mueller is well on its way to becoming home to approximately 13,000 residents, 13,000 employees, 4 million square feet of office and retail, 140 acres of public open space, and over 5,700 rental and for-sale homes appealing to a diverse array of residents including young singles, families, and seniors.
  The Domain

The Domain

Developed by Endeavor Real Estate Group on a former 300+ acre IBM campus approximately 11 miles north of Downtown Austin, The Domain is a master-planned, emerging urban district serving North Austin's burgeoning suburbs. A reinvention of the suburban "town center," The Domain blends regional, neighborhood, and luxury retailers with hotels, apartments, and office space into a dynamic, walkable, mixed-used destination that is generating the highest values in the city outside of downtown. Phase 3, currently underway, will expand upon the development's success by adding nearly 1.5 million square feet of local retailers, apartments, hotels, and office space.
Rough Hollow

Rough Hollow

Destination worthy amenities lend a resort orientation to this Crescent Communities development on Lake Travis, a popular recreational playground just west of Austin in the Texas Hill Country. With product ranging from twin villas for $320K to $2M+ custom homes, Rough Hollow offers a variety of housing options in a highly amenitized, lakeside environment, setting a new standard for master-planned communities in Central Texas.
  Tuscan Village

Tuscan Village

Tuscan Village, developed by Legend Communities, proves that not all active adult communities are created equal. This community offers residents high-end, high-finish villas, townhomes, and condominiums in a luxurious and intimately sized age-qualified setting. Complete with attractive on-site and nearby amenities, Tuscan Village attracts buyers interested in downsizing their space but not their lifestyle.
