The event is designed as an open forum that serves as a catalyst for mentoring\, educating and cultivating leadership skills. IREI Springboard is an opportunity to recognize the up-and-coming people in your organization – particularly the ones you would select to groom for assuming greater responsibilities in your organization down the road. \n\n\nPROGRAM\nThe program is cast as a “think-tank” environment\, balanced with networking activities designed to help IREI Springboard leaders build career-long relationships with their peers.
