Cecilia is a Vice President at RCLCO Fund Advisors, an affiliate business of RCLCO and a leading consultant to institutional advisors, where she focuses on driving portfolio performance for the firm’s institutional clients. She leads efforts to maximize the financial and operational performance of real estate portfolios, held both directly and in separate accounts/JVs, through monitoring and evaluating property and portfolio operations, overseeing JV partners and service providers, tracking key milestones such as debt maturities and capital expenditures, and recommending appropriate actions to our clients.
Prior to joining RFA, Cecilia was a Portfolio Manager at Urby, a multifamily developer, owner, and operator where she focused on their capital partner relationship and asset management. Earlier in her career, Cecilia was a Vice President on Citi’s defined benefit pension investment team, where she focused on investment analysis, monitoring, and portfolio management of its global real estate portfolio. Before Citi, Cecilia was an investment analyst at Cadogan Management, a boutique fund-of-hedge funds based in New York. Cecilia has a BA in Economics from Columbia University and is active in ULI, the New York CFA Society, and Columbia Alumni Association of Brooklyn. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.
