Sriyas Pande is a Vice President at RCLCO Fund Advisors (RFA), based in our Los Angeles office. Prior to joining RFA, Sriyas worked for the Employees Retirement System (ERS) of Texas as a Real Estate Portfolio Manager where he was responsible for 12 closed end and open-end funds with a focus on multi-family and PropTech. In addition, Sriyas led full due diligence of new and existing relationships across commingled funds (all property types), programmatic joint ventures, and co-invest opportunities while at ERS. Before ERS, Sriyas worked at various real estate firms, mostly multi-family operators, in different capacities ranging from acquisitions to asset management.

Sriyas obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University, and a Master of Science in Real Estate from City University of New York. Sriyas’ areas of expertise include portfolio and asset management, financial analysis, and fund/manager due diligence.
