Sriyas is a Vice President at RCLCO Fund Advisors (RFA), based in our Los Angeles office. With 7 years of experience, Sriyas previously worked for the Employees Retirement System of Texas as a Real Estate Portfolio Manager. While with ERS, he managed two U.S. open end core funds, eight closed end multi-family funds, and two PropTech funds, as well as represented ERS in all relevant activities and meetings. Sriyas led full due diligence of new and existing relationships across commingled funds (all property types), programmatic joint ventures, and co-invest opportunities by analyzing the firm’s track record, evaluating the management team, reviewing legal documents, and conducting site visits.
With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University, and a Master of Science in Real Estate from City University of New York, Sriyas’ areas of expertise include portfolio and asset management, financial analysis, and fund/manager due diligence.
