RCLCO ANALYST POSITION

Job Objectives:

RCLCO, the nation’s leading real estate advisory firm, seeks qualified analysts for our Century City office. RCLCO provides economic and strategic guidance to diverse clients from all segments of the land use and real estate community. Our clients and assignments are diverse, but have in common questions that can be answered through quantitative and qualitative research on demand drivers and supply fundamentals of all types of real estate. Analysts will work directly with project managers and directors to provide foundational support for RCLCO’s market research and financial and statistical analyses, and to compile professional reports and client presentations.

The ideal intern candidate will:

• Have an undergraduate degree in economics, business, real estate, urban studies or planning, architecture, geography, political science, or other liberal arts disciplines with an emphasis on quantitative and qualitative analysis;
• Have 1-2 years of relevant work experience, including internships, work-study programs, etc.;
• Have a strong academic record;
• Have a passion for data analysis, ability to structure quantitative and qualitative problem-solving approaches, and attention to detail and accuracy;
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Be professional in demeanor and appearance, a self starter, a good time manager and “team player.”

Specific required skills include high levels of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and in conducting internet research.
