RCLCO Managing Director Erin Talkington will be speaking on a panel at ULI’s Fall Meeting in Los Angeles on October 31st. The panel will focus on the Point of the Mountain redevelopment project in Draper, Utah— particularly the unique public-private partnership necessary to recycle this site into a walkable, urban center that will serve as a model for economic development, innovation, renewable energy, water conservation, affordable housing, and next generation mobility in the heart of Utah’s “Silicon Slopes.”
