ULI Spring Meeting: A View from the Top

Ellen Klasson will moderate a conversation with Tracy Murphy, the co-founder and president of IQHQ, the life-sciences-centric REIT, during the session “WLI Presents: A View from the Top” on April 20, 2022, from 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM PST, as part of the 2022 ULI Spring Meeting.
In its two years of existence, IQHQ has become one of the largest property owners in the sector, and Murphy is leading the development of the massive $1.6 billion Research and Development District that will significantly alter downtown San Diego. The conversation, moderated by Ellen Klasson, chair of the WLI Executive Committee, will focus on Murphy’s bold approach to her work, the path that made her an executive in mid-career, and the lessons she has learned along the way, particularly as one of the few women in the room.
