Vice President of Asset Management
Debashis Chanda is the Vice President of Asset Management for RCLCO’s Institutional Advisory Services group. He serves alongside the Director of Asset Management and is responsible for managing the asset management process to monitor risk and drive performance in clients’ real estate investments, leading the annual asset review process, reviewing asset and venture level business plans, and reviewing operating agreements.
He has held leadership roles with Wells Fargo, where he managed the acquisition financing and debt asset management for a large private equity real estate client, and at GE Capital Real Estate, where he led the execution efforts for debt and equity transactions on large real estate portfolios across the US, Europe, and Asia. He started his career as an analyst for the Trammell Crow Company.
Debashis has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Information Systems from the Questrom School of Management at Boston University.
