Erik manages and supports investor client relationships, ensuring operational success from asset strategy to long-term portfolio management
Erik Ctvrtlik is a Vice President based in the Los Angeles office. He is primarily focused on RFA’s institutional investor client relationships, including supporting investment and asset allocation strategy, sourcing and underwriting, evaluating joint venture and operating partnerships, and providing portfolio management oversight.
Prior to joining RCLCO, Erik worked at KBS Realty Advisors, where he was responsible for acquiring and asset managing office assets across Texas and the Midwest. Before his tenure at KBS, he held roles at Steadfast Realty, contributing to acquisition and portfolio management efforts.
Erik has Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Economics and Political Science from Vanderbilt University.
In his free time, Erik enjoys skiing, basketball, volleyball, and writing.
