Scott is a Vice President at RCLCO Fund Advisors (RFA), based in Los Angeles, CA, who primarily focuses on investment underwriting and asset management for institutional client’s real asset portfolios. Primarily focused on the operating asset classes, Scott works directly with joint venture partners on behalf of institutional investors to deploy and manage capital in the multifamily, hospitality, senior housing, and self-storage sectors. Scott also assists in real estate credit strategies and the acquisitions and dispositions of various funds and operating company investments.

Prior to joining RCLCO in 2020, Scott was an Investment Banking Analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in the Structured Real Estate group. The Structured Real Estate group was a principal investor in clients’ owned real estate through sale-leaseback and build-to-suit transactions across various property types. At SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Scott worked in originations sourcing and underwriting new transactions for the firm.

Scott received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
