Scott focuses on sourcing, underwriting, and portfolio management of real asset investments on behalf of RFA’s clients
Scott Haley is a Vice President at RCLCO Fund Advisors. Focused primarily within the residential and hospitality sector, Scott oversees several programmatic investment vehicles including acquisitions, development, and credit strategies. Scott is also engaged in the acquisitions, marketing, and dispositions of operating company investments for the firm as well as identifying and underwriting new managers for institutional clients to execute on new investment strategies.
Prior to joining RCLCO in 2020, Scott was an Investment Banking Analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in the Structured Real Estate group. The Structured Real Estate group was a principal investor in clients’ owned real estate through sale-leaseback and build-to-suit transactions across various property types. At SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Scott worked in originations sourcing and underwriting new transactions for the firm.
Scott received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
Scott was on the Men’s Soccer Team at Emory University and remains an avid fan. When not playing or watching soccer, Scott enjoys traveling and golf.
