Press Release: Gadi Kaufmann, RCLCO CEO/Managing Director Featured in ULI Podcast

WASHINGTON, DC — AUGUST 10, 2017 — RCLCO (www.rclco.com) is pleased to announce the release of a podcast featuring an interview with Gadi Kaufmann, RCLCO CEO/Managing Director. The Urban Land Institute (ULI) launched the podcast series Leading Voices with ULI earlier this year, offering personal leadership stories from professionals in the real estate, land-use, and policy space. The series provides a candid look at leaders’ career journeys, including obstacles they have overcome and reflections on their pathways to success.

The most recent episode, Leading Voices with ULI: Gadi Kaufmann, includes an interview between Kaufmann and ULI Foundation Governor Matt Slepin, founder of Terra Search Partners, a national executive search firm helping real estate companies build successful teams.

In the episode, Kaufmann discusses both personal life lessons and career-oriented ones. He shares lessons regarding personal independence and project management. Kaufmann also highlights what key takeaways he has to share from his 38 year tenure at RCLCO, including the two fundamental questions which have informed his career as an analyst and industry player, and what he would have done differently in hindsight so as to help mentor future leaders. Additionally, Kaufmann sheds more light about the evolution of RCLCO’s core values, explaining that, “economics, opportunity and creativity in esthetics and deal-making are the foundation of what we do.”
