Press Release: RCLCO Real Estate Advisors Promote Erin Talkington to Principal and Director of Consulting

Erin is now responsible for the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to human capital and the oversight of the firm’s 30+ junior team members across all four offices (Austin, Texas; Bethesda, Maryland; Los Angeles, California; and Orlando, Florida).

Outside of her responsibilities as Director of Consulting, in her role as Principal Erin serves as a project director for client work, specifically for the firm’s Urban Real Estate and Public Strategies Advisory Groups. She has led key firm efforts on the Memphis Comprehensive Plan, the Prince George’s County, Maryland Retail Strategic Action Plan, Urban Land Institute’s Evolving American Suburb, the Greenprint of Growth, and Beaver Creek Resort’s Vision Plan, to name a few. Erin is a frequent speaker and writer, and serves as the chair of the young leader’s group for ULI Washington.

Prior to joining RCLCO in 2010, Erin served as a project manager for The Reinvestment Fund Development Partners, a leading nonprofit involved in the revitalization of urban communities throughout the mid-Atlantic. Her background also includes experience in transportation planning and urban economics. Erin has a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.

In addition to Erin’s role change, RCLCO is pleased to announce the promotion of four additional team members across the Los Angeles and DC offices. Jomar Ereso is now a Managing Director and is assuming leadership of the firm’s asset management efforts. Tisha Vaska has been named as our Chief Compliance Officer, where she is responsible for managing the regulatory responsibilities of our institutional advisory group. Kelly Jones is becoming the Chief Financial Officer for RCLCO and its affiliated companies, and will be leading our accounting and finance teams, and Derek Wyatt has been promoted to Principal of the firm and will be focusing on growing RCLCO’s Urban Real Estate Advisory Group on the West Coast.
