Press Release: RCLCO Continues to Grow with the Formation of a New Business Development Function
Joshua A. Boren to Lead as the Director of Business Development & Marketing Strategy
LOS ANGELES, CA – AUGUST 8, 2016 – RCLCO (formerly Robert Charles Lesser & Co.) is pleased to announce that Joshua A. Boren has joined the team as the Director of Business Development & Marketing Strategy, leading the growth of RCLCO’s real estate advisory services nationwide.
“Joshua has an immense knowledge of the real estate advisory landscape,” said Gadi Kaufmann, RCLCO Managing Director and CEO. “With nearly 10 years of business development experience under his belt, Joshua is poised to make an immediate impact on our business.”
Joshua re-joins RCLCO after serving as the Director of Business Development of a Los Angeles-based architectural firm. Joshua began his career as an analyst at RCLCO after earning a BSE from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in real estate and entrepreneurship. “We are delighted to bring one of our own back into the firm,” said Kaufmann.
“I couldn’t have been more excited when approached with the opportunity to lead business development nationally for a company as established and reputable as RCLCO. With the range of services offered and fifty years of successful project engagements and fulfilled clients, the chance to help lead RCLCO’s growth over the next fifty years is a challenge I am looking forward to as there seems to be no one in real estate for whom we can’t provide added value.”
Joshua will be responsible for leading the Business Development and Marketing Department as it seeks to grow RCLCO’s consulting practice by identifying and bringing new clients into the firm, further expanding existing client relationships, and launching strategic initiatives around new product and service lines. Additionally, Joshua will oversee RCLCO’s marketing, brand management, communications efforts, and the opening of new business opportunities and offices in the US and abroad.
RCLCO also hired Diana Brodney, formerly of Luther Burbank Savings and Access Intelligence, as Marketing Specialist, to support Joshua and the growth of the Business Development and Marketing Department.
