Family Rental Housing in Philadelphia: A Growing Need and Emerging Opportunity

Family Rental Housing in Philadelphia: A Growing Need and Emerging Opportunity

Sr. Managing Director Adam Ducker presents research from RCLCO and the ULI Terwilliger Center on the changing demand dynamics for family-oriented rental housing, in this presentation from the online webinar “Family Rental Housing in Philadelphia: A Growing Need and Emerging Opportunity”.

At the same time, new development has often neglected one of the largest and most critical renter segments: Families.
