Repositioning and Mixed-Use Feasibility for Retail Centers
RCLCO serves as a unique resource for owners and operators of retail centers, many of whom are looking at ways to add additional uses to an existing shopping center or change the use of the center (either holistically or piecemeal). We are asked to:
- Triage retail center portfolios to assess long-term viability and redevelopment potential
- Complete feasibility for redevelopment, particularly housing, hotel, and office uses
- Complete highest and best use studies
We are able to: quickly and efficiently assess market conditions; provide detailed and actionable recommendations regarding re-use or redevelopment potential; assess the financial implications of redevelopment scenarios; and work with our clients on developing an implementation strategy for making the desired change.
