Come join The Best Minds in Real Estate™ for informative presentations and discussions of the latest trends and strategies of the top-selling master-planned communities, at RCLCO’s 7th National Master Planned Community University at Lake Nona in Orlando, Florida, September 12-13, 2018. RCLCO leadership, including Gadi Kaufmann, CEO and Managing Director, and Managing Directors Gregg Logan and Todd LaRue, will be joined by Kathleen Cecilian of Cecilian Worldwide and other invited faculty experts, sharing insights on the best new ideas around amenities, community design, residential product innovation, marketing, investment, finance, and where the market is headed.

This year’s MPC University will be hosted by Lake Nona, one of the top-selling master-planned communities in the country, and one of the most innovative. Fortune Magazine described Lake Nona as a “collection of gleaming new commercial and residential buildings spread across 7,000 acre.” Tavistock Group has created a thriving community of sparkling residential villages, the University of Central Florida’s new medical school, a new Veterans Affairs Hospital, the Nemours Children’s Hospital, the headquarters of the USTA, and University of Florida Research.

The first day of the conference will include a tour of Lake Nona and other top master planned communities in the area (the tentative community list is provided below). Day two will include informative presentations and interactive sessions with all attendees, including breakfast, lunch, a reception, and dinner.
