Ann Slater is a Vice President based in RCLCO’s Washington, DC office with a focus on real estate economics. Ann has broad-based experience in market feasibility studies, development strategy, fiscal impact studies, and supply/demand analysis in markets nationwide, with a particular specialty in the multifamily and build-for-rent sectors.  In addition to client work, she spearheaded and manages RCLCO’s team of researchers who support the firm’s various analytical and strategic engagements.

Ann’s professional career spans 20 years in real estate economics and feasibility as an employee and independent consultant.  Prior to rejoining RCLCO, Ann worked independently for six years as a military spouse and mother of four children. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School in Philadelphia.
