Justin leads RCLCO’s FP&A function as a Vice President, based in the firm’s New York office.  Justin is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. In his role, Justin uses his expertise to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and analyses. This information is used to drive strategic decision making and optimize financial performance. Justin’s role involves collaborating closely with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that support RCLCO’s growth objectives.

Prior to joining RCLCO, Justin worked in public accounting at Deloitte’s Los Angeles office, primarily serving real estate clients. Justin is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) in the State of California. Justin has a BA in Economics and Accounting, and an English Minor, from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
