BETHESDA, MD – JANUARY 15, 2019 – RCLCO Real Estate Advisors is pleased to announce 13 promotions across three offices nationally.

Adam Ducker and Taylor Mammen were promoted to Senior Managing Director, a newly created position to reflect their increased responsibilities in firm leadership and industry involvement.

Adam Ducker, based in Bethesda, Maryland, leads the firm’s real estate economics practice, which provides quantitative analytics and management consulting to all sectors of the real estate industry. A native of the New York metropolitan area, he received a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Urban Studies from Columbia University.

Taylor Mammen, based in Los Angeles, leads the firm’s institutional advisory services, including managing institutional investor client relationships, directing investment strategy, underwriting, and asset management responsibilities. He received a Master’s in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Brigham Young University.

Rick Pollack (Bethesda, MD) and Simon Soomekh (Los Angeles, CA) have been promoted to Principal, while Cameron Pawelek (Austin, TX) and Eric Willett (Los Angeles, CA) have been promoted to Vice President.

In addition, we are pleased to announce the promotion of seven additional team members. Dana Schoewe, Jonny Kaufman, Brandon Miller, and Jay Song have been promoted to Senior Associate; Ryan Guerdan has been promoted to Associate; Michelle Clark has been promoted to Senior Accountant, Revenue; and Jennifer Tran has been promoted to Senior Accountant.
