Monica specializes in innovative analyses for complex development projects

Monica Corley is a Vice President in the Real Estate Economics (REE) practice for the Mountain West, located in RCLCO’s Denver office. She focuses on creative problem-solving for a range of development projects. These projects include a diversity of product types and land uses, with an emphasis on mountain resort development, affordable & workforce housing, and large-scale mixed-use projects for both public and private clients. She also has extensive experience with large-scale suburban and denser infill residential developments, and outdoor recreation-oriented real estate.

At RCLCO, Monica has engaged with a wide variety of clients in both the public and private sectors to provide market and economic analysis that guides development and planning decisions. She focuses on developing tools to improve the work process and client deliverables, including custom demand models and unique studies designed to answer specific questions, including consumer research, transit impacts, and a literature review of affordable housing strategies.

Prior to joining RCLCO, Monica obtained a Bachelor of Arts in both Economics and Political Science from Emory University, with a particular interest in urban planning and housing.

Originally from Waco, Texas, Monica is an avid camper and hiker who loves exploring new places across Colorado.
