The ULI Real Estate Economic Forecast is a semiannual survey of leading industry experts, and April’s survey is the latest release. Based on their forecasts of a broad spectrum of metrics, what do the next three years look like for the economy and real estate? How have the forecasts changed from six months ago? Where do the experts agree or disagree? Why? Will 2018 turn out to be the pivot point for the industry—or will it be ’19? Or ’20?
