Each month Senior RCLCO consultants share the latest insights on the real estate market as part of our monthly webinar series. During this April 2024 briefing, we opened with Scot Bommarito’s 5 Minute Macro Update highlighting the current macroeconomic trends for the month of April. Following Scot, Dana Schoewe gave an overview of the interactive Attainable Housing Tool made in partnership with Urban Land Institute. Caroline Flax Ganz then shared a high-level presentation of RCLCO’s updated vacation/investment home data, followed by Alex Shaia who highlighted key points from the newly released Sports-Venue Real Estate Development Tracker. The panel rounded out by a Q&A session with all panelists.
