Jordan LaMarche is a Vice President based in Los Angeles, California. With a focus in Real Estate Economics, his experience includes highest-and-best use analyses, public sector support, fiscal and economic impact analyses, and market opportunity analyses.
Prior to joining RCLCO, Jordan was a Manager at The Concord Group, a real estate consulting agency based in San Francisco, California, where he performed 200+ strategic market opportunity analyses and policy briefs.
Jordan graduated from The University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and graduated the University of San Francisco with a Masters of Urban Affairs and Public Policy. Jordan wrote his thesis for his masters program on the root effects of the housing crisis in the Bay Area from 2015-2017 with an added focus on proving correlation between the housing crisis to rising homeless trends.
